Shuggie Bain: Winner of the Booker Prize 2020

A must read.

A beautifully written book, some non Scots might have a problem with some Scottish phrases and words. I couldn't put this book down until I finished it. Douglas Stewart the author who is Shuggy Bain, sums up perfectly his childhood living with an alcoholic mother and living in tough times due to Margaret Thatcher closing down mines etc, which put many living in squalid housing schemes. A well deserved winner of the Booker Prize.

Great movie..great price.

This is a wonderful story of two little Irish boys as they try to be like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid...very funny and great acting.
