My buyer was extremely understanding. E-bay told me that he'd selected Yodel (He didn't, they selected it for him) who then took 11 or 12 days to deliver the suit in which time we both had a nightmare dealing with yodel and I will never use them again. Not sure if this is the feedback for the buyer or the transaction as it is not clear. The buyer gets 5 stars, the transaction.. well I'll not be selling more stuff on E-bay again or using Yodel

Snuggledown Side Sleeper Deep Filled Firm Support Pillows - 2 Pack

Far from firm support.

These pillows appeared to offer great support. Unfortunately, they are anything but firm, giving medium support at best. They are, however, well made, but certainly not the answer for anyone looking for a firm pillow.
