  As I stated, the item was shipped timely as soon as it was paid for. The delayed was caused by the Post office and extremly slow clerical notifications and communication and slow transportation of item. The DVD arrived after we have refunded the buyer the full amount. eBay should have given it more time given slow mail in certain areas and COVID 19. We unfairly lost money even though it was noted that we have paid for postage from the beginning. A very unfair affair for the seller!
