life saver
helps with a host of things post menopause.aching joints,cloudy thinking. Its a bit pricey but i just save a few pounds a week by the time i have finished my bottle i have enough for the next so not a problem.i can tell a huge difference when i take them especially with flexibility.great for the skin too which is a plus.
