A great product.

The aloe Vera was a very nice consistency and I used it on my daughter to help her dandruff, I found it to really help with the flaking problem of dandruff. I also used it on my face I really like this product. I would buy it again.

This Product Is A Help For Hot Flushes!

I find this product extremely helpful, I chose them because it mentioned having all the B vitamins at over 100% I like that it has brewers yeast included another healthy source of vit B. I can't seem to find others like that. I bought it because vitamin B 9 in particular helps with hot flushes and from the first time I used it my hot flushes went! I bought another brand which was higher strength and had extremely bad stomach ache and bladder pain so went back to this one which for me is gentle on the system as I will be using it long term. I'd very much recommend them to anyone especially if you are having hot flushes from menopause. I would be glad for at least 200 tablets at a cheaper price though, or at least a discount for buying it regularly. 🙏🏾
