a really affective workout

if you are looking for a proper workout then this is a good one! im quite active anyway and i found that this dvd is not too easy, but not too difficult either. its user friendly for beginners & a challenging workout for more experienced people. its not easy but you can feel it working all the right muscles so you know it will work! you can feel it.i am a fitness dvd fanatic i have almost every celebrity dvd there is and i would say this is probably one of the best ones yet! i alternate my fitness dvd collection from 1 week to the other so i dont get bored of doing the same ones all the time for example i'll do vicky 1 week (3 x a week) and then angela griffins the next week (3 x a week) & so on i also do the weight watchers "full choice" and i have lost 3 stones thats to this.I exercise to maintain my weight and to prevent me putting all the weight back on.so my advice is that this dvd is not a miricle solution to losing weight (unfortunatley) you will still need to monitor/watch what you eat to see the results. it helps to see how fantasic vicky looks too because you know that this has helped her to acheive her new look.if your serious about burning that fat and getting active then get this...i really dont think that you'll be dissapointed and you will sweat off a stone off just from doing this dvd... Remember no pain no gain x

GREAT COLLECTION OF TUNES!

GREAT COLLECTION OF TUNES OLD & NEW SOME REAL CLASSIC SONGS FROM THE 90'S LIKE DUB B GOOD 2 ME, AND OTHER GREAT TUNES THAT WE ALL KNOW & LOVE. THIS WILL DEFINATLEY GET YOU UP ON YOUR FEET WHETHER IT'S LISTENING WITH YOUR MATES OR IN YOUR CAR... I LIKE TO RUN ON MY TREADILL WHILE LISTENING TO IT AS IT KEEPS ME GOING AT A GOOD PACE! WHENEVER YOU LISTEN TO IT I BET YA YOU WONT WANT TO PUT IT DOWN. IT'S NOT HARDCORE DANCE TUNES MORE COMMERCIAL TRACKS THAT YOU WILL REMEMBER WELL OR WILL HAVE HEARD AND LOVED AT SOME POINT. THIS IS A MUST IF YOU LOVE DANCING

angela griffin dance workout 1 and 2

a fun work out that leaves you out of breath so you know its made you work hard because the music played throughout this dvd is modern it makes the workout more enjoyable i use this dvd 3 times a week along with weight watchers "full choice" and ive lost 3 stones
