  After purchasing the product, I was advised the item wasn’t in perfect condition and offered a discount which wasn’t received. This was queried and I was asked if I wanted a refund and 10 minutes later (prior to having a chance to read the email or respond) I received a notification that a refund had been processed. I then queried this with the seller , only to be told that the item is no longer available and they have decided to keep it. A very disappointing experience.
