Best bath salts!

Apart from a very small amount of grit at the bottom of the bath (from 2 large mug-fulls of the salt) it was a wonderfully relaxing soak & very therapeutic. It made it seem more authentic as it felt like it must have come directly from source, & not been refined in any way. I will add some essential oils next time, but just wanted to try them on their own first time. Thank you!

A truly fascinating perspective of the day in the life of your liver!

It gives a fascinating perspective of what life is like for a human liver... all the battles & myriad functions it undergoes every day. Also helpful insights on how to best serve the liver & help it not get overwhelmed. It's well-written, but I had to digest it in small chunks, as it is complex... but so worthwhile reading.
