good quality knife;
it's easy to sharpen and the quality of the steel is quite good; Mind you, I compare it to Japanese knives, which means it isn't bad at all. A slightly shorter design might be more effective though, particularly when dealing with potatoes, etc.

the belt looks quite different than in the picture;
the colour is dark as advertised, but in fact it is more greyish, the leather is quite stiff, which usually isn't an indicator of good quality leather; It surely isn't a full-grain leather;
I'm not sure what 'bio-leather' means when they advertise it; were the cows fed on natural feed? Is it about processing the leather? Sounds like false advertising to me.
The main disappointment is the feel of the leather; When you look at the photo it looks soft and pliable; in reality it is very stiff and unyielding; $25 is the maximum price I would spend on a leather of this quality.

good solid mill;
1 of 1 found this helpful I use it mainly for grinding nuts, since I love nuts. I wish the capacity were slightly bigger. Also the rewinding of the cord is a bother. Otherwise a tough nut cracker.
