Sturdy and reliable ( and makes good coffee.)
3 of 4 found this helpful We have one of these at work, which survives a great deal of use (and abuse) without any problems at all. Impressive, as this is one of the cheaper ones on the market. So it was my first choice as a machine for use at home. Doors and trays seemed sturdier than some more expensive rival machines. It makes great coffee. The only drawback is the amount of time it takes to switch between milk steaming mode and coffee making mode. (About 2 minutes!) Now if I want steamed milk, I make the coffee first, and steam the milk after.
