  Politely enquired eta for item as was expecting next day special delivery as stated in description. Rather patronising response from seller. Actually sent standard tracked service. Expensive item. Not the best way to communicate with buyers.

  Hi, i responded clarifying that the Next Day delivery was a reflection of the service and not my dispatch times which clearly state 5 days - i apologized for the incorrect delivery method although it was still a next day service. I also communicated immediately and processed the refund as soon as requested. The item was expensive - but that's what it was advertised at and is below average for the previous 3 solds. Sorry this transaction did not work out.
