Unplanned but good purchase
I cursed loudly as my trusty Nexus 6 slipped from my hand and hit the ground hard. The screen was completely trashed. I checked and discovered that repair was more than the replacement cost of the phone, hence decision to seek a suitable replacement phone. The 6p caught my eye and ticks all the right boxes. It is a large phone but is slim enough to make it easy to hold. Battery life is better than my previous phone and goes for most if not all of the day dependant upon how much use it gets. The fingerprint reader is a really nice time-saving device. Great screen and performance is plenty good enough for the apps I use, which are general use type stuff. So all in all a great upgrade. Very pleased.

Super-expensive, but it's the only way to get guaranteed quality and compatibility.
Exactly what I was expecting. And it works perfectly as a replacement screen. But I just can't bring myself to describe it as good value. Sorry!
