Unbelievably awful
I bought this item as we are putting on a First World War commemoration production for
11 November. We needed one helmet for a Tommy. Whilst, for £5.99, I wasn't expecting much in the way of quality, this item plumbed new depths of tat. It is incredibly flimsy plastic - the same quality as disposable party hats. Additionally, I have never, ever received an item so badly packed. So it was dented and has odd white spots on it. Fortunately our wardrobe mistress is a resourceful woman and so she will use it to make a papier mache replica. I truly wouldn't recommend this item - even if you are desperate as we were. I only gave it one star because I had to. Minus one might be more accurate.

Seems to be an extremely good product
Astonishingly good value. You only use a little bit. Keep your old box, though, so you can decant it as the bag is heavy. Very swift delivery.

Great teapot
It's a brilliant teapot, exactly the right shape and an excellent pourer. The person who designed this drinks tea!
