  This was packaged in a legitimately baffling way. This heavy cube was shipped in the factory box with only one half of the protective foam. It was essentially unprotected with the small parts just loosely thrown in. Of course the box had holes in it from the unit bashing around in shipping and the usb cable fell out at some point as well as some t nuts. Best part was that there was no tape on one side of the box, and the unit fell out when I picked it up off the porch! Contacted seller, no help.
