Super book, easy to use and lovely recipes.

This book could improve everyone's health, certainly worth a read.
Having borrowed this book from the library I wanted one to keep. There are some very interesting theories about using more honey in our diets, instead of refined sugar.
It is certainly a very pleasant diet to follow.
