I have used this product for over the years and I used to change my hair colour. A lot 🙈 but no matter what, has help me to maintain my hair healthy, shiny and bouncy even in my platinum blonde era. Tip: use it after every hair wash if you bleached your hair (for best results) and keep it on your hair for half an hour if possible by covering with a plastic cover for oclussion effect. ♥️

This is the only product that helps (without the side effects) with my chronic constipation.
The way I use it for more than 8 years now is:
Tear one of tea bag in a mug, put half of the tea, add freshly boiled water (I once fill 1/3 of the cup) mix, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and drink it all. With the plant. I do that before I go to sleep. I always have regular bowel movement every single morning and because I only fill 1/3 of the mug (200 ml) I don’t have to wake up for toilets. 🤗♥️
