Works very well for me
Fantastic product. I’ve been using these for a year now and have zero hot flushes/night sweats. I stopped taking them for a few weeks and the hot flushes came back. They really help eliminate a lot of the mood swings as well and balance emotions. Personally I only take one a day and that works for me. Can’t recommend them enough.
