I've been using Western Digital Red 3tb drives, both in and out of warranty, for a while now, and highly recommend them.

SAS Survival Guide: By 'Lofty' Wiseman, 2004
An exellent book, and a perfect size for my needs, which is of the backpacking variety. The only gripe if any, would be the print size, in camping or a hiking situation, you may struggle with anything less than 20/20 vision. I would highly recommend this comprehensive information, that gives you the vital tools necessary to make it out of any sticky situation. Go and buy the SAS Survival Guide: How to Survive Anywhere, on Land or at Sea by John 'Lofty' Wiseman (Paperback, 2004)...A very big book in a small package...5/5 Stars Rox Office

The Rox Office review of the Garmin Etrex(c)
The Etrex can just about hold its own today after more than ten years at the head of the field. It cant keep a lock on the sattelites in very tricky conditions, and doesn't have the memory storage of the newer models, with very basic map function, and its limited upgrade-ability compared to today's models that have a lot more features. That said the Garmin Etrex is still a winner in my book, especially for the GPS novice. Rox Office
