  I purchased two items from this seller and both items I received were not the items I ordered. this seller is untrustworthy. I got a completely different product from a different brand than the item I ordered.

  A mistake doesn't make a seller untrustworthy, just human. Mistakes happen & the type of seller & or person you are is all in how you handle an accident, since nobody is perfect. I made sure to take responsibility for my error. I offered the return with free shipping both ways in addition to offering to get the correct item out to you the very next day. I apologize (again.)
