Every holiday I get from this company my mom her eternity

No no no
This thing shocked her just because it wanted. Made my dog not want her pin outside (we have issues when she in it barking at rabbits). She quite outside then yelp like car hit her. Go out and it shocking her. Two min later it does it noise n shocked again.(I was outside n she wasn't barking)
