It is thin and light but the clear plastic faces which hold the card are so large that you cannot write on the card. Other holders I have had been much shorter and would nold the card top and bottom and allow access to all of the scoring sections of the card. I have to slot the card in the lower section for the first 9 holes and then swap around for the second 9 which I suppose is not too much of a problem. Also the pencil holder was too long and the pencil stopped the holder from closing. I cut the pencil sleeve abck a bit and now it is ok. Overall it is worth the low price.
