  I purchased this on 17th December for a cake on the 29th. I left seller a message asking if this was still possible with Xmas and to let me know if not. I heard nothing. No postage details shown nothing. I messaged again on the 27th and no reply. I prayed it would still arrive but no. I had to wait til today 8th January for eBay’s help where they found u had not made or posted the item and gave me a refund. Absolutely rude of you for not replying and will not ever recommend you to anyone.

  Fantastic quality cake toppers, my son was ecstatic when he saw his cake and he loved the taste of them too. These were ordered last minute, however when I contacted the seller they were brilliant at sending them out ASAP, which meant they were here in plenty of time. Quick response time also. Can't thank them enough, and would definitely order from them again.

  please avoid this seller. item hadnt arrived after a month, no communication at all till i chased. i dont believe it was ever sent as it never arrived at all. when i messaged seller they apologised and said they were very busy and refunded me after offering to send next day which i didnt trust them to do and would have been too late to decorate the cake.
