Handy adjunct for data storage
Just the job handy caddy lightweight zip up for not too many discs and nice colour so I don't lose it with all the black ones, might buy again.

Robust reading experience
While I like the modern touch screen sometimes the mechanical page turning has advantages.

An interim technology
1 of 3 found this helpful I have three MD's and of these the Sony Net one is probably the one I least use.
It has some handy aspects like it runs off a normal battery so you can wander a long way from the mains!
You can record your LPs on it via the line in (with an extra jack lead not supplied but they are cheap) or from the radio, net etc. So theoretically you could have mobile entertainment at good qulity for a lot less than an iPod etc.
But what lets the Net MD down is the software. It's common - just look around the forums - so I gave up on that. Now I have MP3 players like the Muvo which are cheap are easy to use. But I love the MD format.
