Had a few reservations before buying - would I be better off buying an excersise bike AND a Cross-Trainer? Well during the construction, it was obvious this was a mell made dual-purpose excersise trainer although it will remain to be seen what the longevity will be. The way for example that the pedalling/walking or running efficiency can be increased or reduced, with a strap wrapped round the main wheel and a buckle is rather archaic but it works and they sell replacement straps in case it wears out. Arrived much sooner than was promised, so on this evidence, I'm hopeful that support, if needed, will be good.
