Clutch install
Recieved the clutch kit in less time than anticipated, which was good, since I needed the a/c for a road trip. Installation was pretty easy, the most difficult part was removing the coil. When using the shims to get the correct gap for the clutch, found out they were too big in diameter, so had to file each one down to fit inside. Also, the pulley diameter is slightly smaller than the origional, so if you have a stretched belt, put a new one on. Also, check out how many grooves your origional pulley has, the kit comes with 6 grooves and the origional has 7. I am running my a/c with this narrow pulley without any problems. I did have to go to the auto shop to check out my a/c, found a bad expansion valve, it was replaced and now have cold air. The clutch kit saved me half of what it would have cost to replace the whole compressor. No problems with it so far.
