  I paid for the bowls I purchased on October 27th. They weren’t shipped until November 12th, and they were only shipped because I filed a complaint through eBay. I tried messaging the seller and received no response. Terrible customer service. The bowls themselves are as described. Packed with bubble wrap and blue painters tape, the wrapping came loose, but the bowls didn’t get damaged.

  Of the four mugs, two arrived with their handles broken off. I contacted the seller who intern contacted me saying he needed photos of the items and the packaging. I provided that. He’s telling me he has to wait and see what the post office says. My relationship is not with the post office, it’s with the seller, who packaged the items in adequately. I would like a 50% refund for the purchase.
