Nice improvement over Subaru OEM clamps
New cars with radiators having a plastic hose attachment usually come with constant tension clamps -- otherwise, the large thermal expansion coefficient of the plastic fitting and rubber hose leaves a metal clamp loose in cold weather. Once tightened in cold weather, the plastic tends to be overstressed and crack when hot. The CTB-50ST (presumably from RotorClip) 50mm clamp seems to be a good match to the 2004 Subaru Forester, among others... seems more promising than Subaru's wire clamps that rust and are easy to distort.
Note: The hoses themselves have to be from Subaru or an OEM source; third-party, cut-to-fit hoses from Gates and Dayco have an inside diameter that is too large. They tend to leak under normal clamping pressure, including with these CTB-50ST clamps.

At 100 lumens/watt, these lamps are more efficient than most other F15T8 LED substitutes -- with the downside that one has to be able to rewire the fixture, which also means that Type B, 2-ended lamps have to be used in the future.

OEM Fit and Quality - Lower Hose, Forester
This appears to be interchangeable with Subaru p/n X4511FC060 and 45169FC000 for 1999-2005 Forester. The inner diameter (~37mm / 1.45") works with reasonable clamping pressure from a Subaru wire clamp or 50mm constant-tension clamp. In contrast, third-party, cut-to-fit replacements from Gates and Dayco have a larger inner diameter (~39mm / 1.53") and leak with normal clamping in this application.
