Not behaving as expected.

This keyboard was refurbished. I am having odd things happen fairly frequently when I use it. For example, if I'm using Gmail, suddenly MS Word or MS News will open. The space bar often doesn't work and I have to go back and insert a space. A box sometimes opens asking about sticky keys. The cursor jumps around while I'm typing and I end up inserting letters where they aren't intended. The reason I bought this keyboard to replace the original one was that the 'b' key didn't work, but I didn't have the wacky behavior of this one. As I was typing this the cursor jumped to the middle of a word three lines up.
