garbage - bleed like me
i've been a garbage fan since day one and this album is brill.each album has been top notch and diverse but this see's them coming full circle back to the grittier sound of their debut 'garbage'.there's still some thumping almost dance style tracks(the great 'metal heart')but overall it's a more guitar driven affair.
you won't be disappointed!!!! buy it!!!!

BRILLIANT.a rare 'as good as the book' treat of a film
its a well known fact that most avid readers will always say that 'the film isnt as good as the book'.well this,in my opinion is a rare example when the film manages to hold its own against the written version.considering it more or less takes place in one setting with only two characters it is absolutely gripping.both actors are excellent in it (Kathy Bates is PERFECT)and the horror element/scenes are SO effective because they arent over done or exaggerated.if you like slow burning psycho-thrillers you wont be disappointed

GREAT! AN UNDERRATED GEM!
what a pleasant surprise! i loved this game.
i was looking for something 'mystery/detectivey' in 3rd person view after playing ALAN WAKE and enjoying that(although that game did drag towards the end).
i wanted something engaging but that i could play at my own pace.what i didnt want manic fighting/shooting,constant death/game overs,impossible time limits etc..and L.A. NOIRE gets the balance JUST right.
imagine ALAN WAKE,GRAND THEFT AUTO and CSI all brought together into one game.theres shooting,driving,crime scene/prisoner interview solving and bonus side missions all equally divided into a great story with believable characters.
it never became frustrating,boring or long winded.
i loved it so if you fancy something a bit different but enjoyably familiar at the same time give it a go!
