Helps a helpless problem
I bought this brush to help with my Belgian Malinois' endless shedding. She has a short coat with an undercoat and even the Furminator seemed to hardly put a dent in the problem. The Zoom Groom is nice because it works differently; it's meant to be used in a circular motion to help loosen the undercoat. This works pretty well for my dog. I still have to use other brushes to really get out any chunks of fur ready to come out and to really remove all the fur I've loosened. The best thing about this brush is that my dog enjoys when I use it. Her skin is sensitive so she isn't a big fan of being brushed, especially with the Furminator or a slicker.
