I love old quilt patterns!
I am new to quilting! I love vintage quilt patterns. There’s just something comforting about them and I find peace in the symmetry and the designs are pleasing to my eye. I am so glad to be able to locate some of these patterns from the past. The articles also feature interesting historical facts surrounding each pattern. I’m loving it!!

Excellent Non-Fiction for little guys
Jim Arnosky does an excellent job writing for young learners. I am a preschool teacher and one of my greatest challenges is to find good non-fiction books that captivates my four year old audience. Arnosky uses rich language, but at the same time, exhibits a talent for keeping it simple.
