Within a couple days of receiving the Powerbuilt Temperature Gun my home central air conditioner began to falter. I used the temperature gun to shoot the ceiling vents in several rooms to confirm my AC was blowing warm air. I would normally get a ladder and clip a temperature gauge on the face of a vent to measure the AC air. My AC tech came out within an hour of calling and immediately fixed it. The temperature gun confirmed the vent air temperature is now ideal. I also used the gun to determine the ceiling temperature in several rooms to check for possible insulation/ventilation issues. I highly recommend it for checking HVAC efficiency. Ever think that certain rooms are warmer/colder than others. This gun will confirm it and point to potential problems. Use over an extended period of time will ultimately determine it's quality and value. Right now it seems well designed and constructed.

FJR1300 OEM Tank Bag

The FJR1300 has an aggressively sloped tank, therefore It's difficult to identify a tank bag that properly fits the tank, remains secure, is fairly simple to dislocate for fueling and looks appropriate. The OEM tank bag fits the bill, has plenty of storage space and available pockets. It appears quite durable, but only time will confirm durability. Although expensive I would purchase it again. The only problem is availability. Not sure if Yamaha discontinued this product. Most items out there are new, old product.
