Great book if you can and will apply it.

The best idea is taking advantage of time. Compound interest is key. I brought the book more out of curiosity as I am in my 4th score of life. Great ideas on how the financial system works and how best for the reader to be able to take it to the bank! Readjustments are also important as most of us suffer from how we were raised.
