Spiritual therapy for Christians. Creative
The book has content based around biblical principles, but the author uses it as a starting point for a therapeutic approach to increase our emotional and mental as well as spiritual wellbeing.
Each chapter has a number of sessions covering teaching, prayer and creative activities.
It is aimed primarily at Christian women.

Mostly good but caution!
The main thrust of the content is helpful. However, the section on medication is incorrect. I am a doctor and know well that the older antidepressants are MORE likely to do harm and LESS reliable than the SSRIs.
