The worst seller/liar I have ever dealt with. The 'Funko POP Deluxe Figure : Harry Potter #157 Madam Rosmerta Three Broomsticks' was advertised as having tape around the top, but the box damage didn't stop there. The box looked like it had been kicked around. I sent pictures of the damage to the box showing a big rip at the bottom where the plastic was, but he said his pictures showed the damage so he wasn't paying the return postage. I haven,t had any correspondence from rubi-90 since.
