If your thinking of taking up running, get this book.

'Jeffing' has become a happily accepted way of getting into running - sure, maybe shorter runs don't need the run/walk method, but it really helps on the longer ones. And it doesn't make a lot of difference to your time! Great book, recommended - and a couple of quid second hand? Perfect.
