No knot in the cable would have been better and 1 incorrect fuse blade
Why the know if bending it u-shaped would have accommodated it in the pocket as well? Whilst one incorrect blade fuse wasn't a problem for me as I had lots of spares, it might to someone else.

Always used it and well keep doing so
Pocket week has exactly the size that suits me and their refill packages mean that I don't need to buy the whole thing every time, which saves resources, the environment and is cheaper. Only suggestion I have is, maybe make the personal directory add-on optional and include the conversion charts, world times etc. part of the directory since this doens't really change every year? Even if the difference in price was a few pennies only, I'd rather save those than throw away the personal directory every time I buy a new insert.

Spare part for a 15 year old product - fantastic!
It does the job - glad to be able to get a spare part for a product that is 15 years old. It should be made mandatory that a) everything sold must last for a minimum period of time and b) spare parts are available for everything that's possible to replace.
