Almost exactly what I ordered

This came in as a sealer package as stated a new item. But I noticed alot of scuffs and scratches on the power plug itself, mainly around the HTC Emblem. Not sure what went on there but it was for a good price and HTC factory. Not too worried about it. Thank you

Great - but issues

This is a great product with looks. There’s only one issue.... The Bluetooth disconnects almost every 20-30mins whole connected. It’s pretty crazy why this happens, it’s either a defect on mine or it is common for every device. I’d buy a different one next time, since it disconnects so much, and you have to reconnect constantly. It gets annoying
