    Item never arrived. Asked for clarification of when it had been sent (as it was untracked mail) through the resolution centre. Received nothing other than that eBay had found in favour of the seller. Very sceptical as to whether it was even sent but in the absence of any information either way, it shall remain a mystery. Be careful if purchasing from this seller and if you do, insist on tracked postage.

    You stated that the item had not arrived well over the time limit allowed.Royal Mail attempted 2 deliveries to the address you provided and then returned the item to the depot,You actually exceeded the time that the depot would hold the item as well.I gave this info to E-Bay ,this is why they found in my favour.
