    Item as described and in good condition. Paid 14 May. Not posted until 19 May,5 days later. Sadly seller uses Evri, so it did not arrive on the date stated. Contacted seller, no acknowledgement or reply. Item eventually arrived after I raised a refund request. Not a good transaction.

    The item was delivered on the day you contacted eBay with no prior communication to myself. I purchase the postage through eBay and the tracking is sent straight to you. You paid very late on the 14th (Thursday). I state clearly 2 business days to post which was first thing Monday 19th. I'm sorry you feel you've not had a good experience but I suggest in future you read the listing more carefully to mange your expectations.

    Description of the goods was accurate, packaging was also good, but the delivery was late this was because it was posted on the Wednesday as it should have been delivered, Wednesday / Thursday.

    Totally False. Buyer paid on a Sunday posted on the Wednesday. Received by buyer on the Friday which was 3 days earlier than the estimated date on the original listing. It's a shame these people use eBay.
