good deal with caveat
Does work like its supposed to. Holds my 212 plus securely and was pretty easy to install. Make sure you're OK mounting your heat sink horizontally, it does not allow for vertical installation. I don't mind but some rigs may not accommodate that orientation. Get the x bracket otherwise.

one of the best for your money
This is a fantastic mobo! It has everything you need to run an Ivy bridge cpu, both crossfire and sli are supported and sata 3 connectors for speedy disk reads and writes. It also supports 32 gigs of memory and an onboard sata connector for msata memory card so you can save yourself some cables and the mess if you like. The 3d bios is also pretty awesome and makes configuring your rig easy and painless. I have not used the overclocking utilities or settings but they do look easy to manage. I got one for a fantastic price and am incredibly happy with my purchase.
