no experience with phone but I got it from Greenbox and it was scratched
1 of 1 found this helpful Just got my blackberry bold 9790 from greenbox today, as I opend it looked fine then when I looked closer the screen had scratches all over it and the blackberry sign was worn away I know it says referbished but it does say 'excellent condition' which it is not! I am very upset and outraged with greenbox I am not sure what the actual phone is like but I have heard great reviews that is why I am rating it a two not because the phone is rubbish because greenbox is rubbish. But if I was you I would pay a little bit more and get a new one not from Greenbox!

Just what I needed.
Had to wait a little longer for delivery than expected, I blame that on the Royal mail not delivering on a Saturday in my area. The diaphragm I ordered seems ok my macarater is now working fine, only time will tell, the original one lasted 12 years.

Works well
The key to this is when you are wearing the belt you don’t know it’s on, very comfortable and doesn’t bounce. I would recommend this product.
