mega dose but no effect

Until now i keep on charging this freaking headlight for how long will it take full charge?

It took me forever to take full charge the battery and guess what until now I still on charging the battery since last week its working while on charging but its not working without on the outlet. So I guess I will bring the wall outlet from my house?...
