  I spoke to the seller told them this item hadn’t arrived they said they’d look into it and then said it look liked it had been lost could I wait till the 9th so I did out of course but explained it was a Christmas present for my mum now they have placed it on hold to the 19th absolute joke shouldn’t have been kind now I’m out of pocket
