The mail error is not my fault, but the mail's, I don't have to pay for it either. You should contact the post office and not complain. And in case of dissatisfaction, you can always return the goods but the buyer refused. Funny eBay, when I want to leave a negative review for a buyer, there is no such option. Hypocrisy is obvious, just like in politics.
