Choked DPF
My Transit Connect had chronic throbbing at idle, underpowering and over reving slippage when accelerating (same sensation as a slipping clutch). Put a measure of this stuff in and right away it felt like a totally different van, smooth idle, more power and acceleration without the slippage.
