Airflow 07 a very noisy fan

Bought to replace a very similar Airflow fan after many years of service with an entirely acceptable noise output. I believe that this new unit which fitted exactly into the original casing has a defect, probably in it’s bearings which cause excessive vibration. I shall seek advice from Airflow’s technical division as to the need to replace.
