Leaking filter

The pool itself is OK and sturdy but it came incomplete and didn't have the groundsheet. The water filer is useless. The plastic jubilee clips that accompany the filter are not strong enough to keep it watertight. The plastic on plastic nature of the connection tubes and the filter also fail to keep the pump watertight. It needs a rubber sealing gasket. It therefore leeks constantly if the filter is attached.
