Excellent support, and delivery of a fully-functional printer
Printer was in good cosmetic and operational condition. The previously advised problem with the ink cartridges was resolved by swapping them out with another set, then putting the originals back in again.
What really surprised me was the comparison of the internal condition of the carriage and transfer assemblies, as the one I've been using since 2016 has an even tint of magenta over everything in the carriage path, while the replacement looks brand new by comparison.
As a bonus, after several days of being turned off due to the "false paper jam" error, the original came up for a simple scanning job but seemed to have recovered from the bogus jam fault state - thus giving me a perfectly functional spare for standby purposes (and another printer that can use all that stockpiled ink!).
Note that this is inkjet number seven since 1985 and I tend to abuse them quite a bit, so having a live spare color printer is real handy for jobs that need scanning or color output, not like the four lasers scattered around the shop that just print routine invoices and reports.
