Have to reset the BIOS firmware to make them sync

New unused with the plastic over the glasses are easy to sync with your Panasonic TV. Second hand ones which have already been paired to TV remember the TV they are paired with and will not pair to different TV. To make them pair to a different TV you have to take them apart remove the BIOS chip from the circuit board and zero 12 memory locations in the BIOS which I think is the mac address of the original TV. Not Easy to do but it worked for me and they will now sync to my TV
